Under sonorous names such as AVIATOR, COMMANDER, 100 DAYS and MASSIV®, we – Marietta and Robert Keringer – vinify characterful wines from Mönchhof, the oldest documented wine-growing community in Austria. Our winery is located in Northern Burgenland in the wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee DAC – a region known for its powerful wines and the variety of Zweigelt.

„We have achieved a world record!“ says winemaker Robert Keringer, thus realizing one of his many visions and filling the largest glass wine bottle with his wine 100 DAYS Zweigelt 2015.

Hard facts: 1590 liters of wine – 3 meters high – 770 kilos heavy – 30 cm cork – 1.08 m diameter

With the record amount of 1,590l of Burgenland wine, the winery made it into the Guinness Book of Records.
